Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance My stay at Aurora Place Homestay was far from satisfactory. The room was *noticeably dirty*, with dust and stains, and the *bathroom was unclean* as well. The **fan made constant noise*, making it hard to sleep.Even the *sofa was dirty and unkempt*. For the price paid, I expected better hygiene and maintenance. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this homestay unless significant improvements are made.

Brought my 4 years old daughter for a business 訂房網站 for conveniency. Is a total nightmare. The mites are big and fat. At first did not notice, saw it on my daughter's clothes when she was asleep. Turned on my phone torch light and saw there were few on the bedhead and some were even on the bed! I had basically killed 5 numbers of them. Texted to the pic and they asked to change to another room. Ridiculous to change at the middle of the night while my daughter was asleep and expecting me to carry her and all the luggages alone? Force myself to sleep for a night and gotten the mite bites. Basically only sleep for 2 hours. Terrible experience, cleanliness and services.

The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the unit needs significant improvement. I found cockroaches under the bed as well as in the toilet, living room, and kitchen sink. I would strongly recommend the owner arrange a thorough deep cleaning and defogging of the entire place. It would also help to properly air out the unit before guests arrive, as the room had a strong chemical smell when I first entered.
